Child Abuse & PA Criminal Background 

All coaches and volunteers must complete their child abuse and Pennsylvania criminal background checks before interacting with children in any capacity, including as a coach, volunteer, or dugout mom. These clearances are mandatory and must be submitted prior to any contact with the children. Please use the links below to complete your application.
